What does the coaching process entail?

First, we meet and talk about your goals. Then we determine the process we'll use together to achieve them.

 Here's how I help:

As an ICF PCC credentialed coach, I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics.  Each partnership is based on mutual respect and trust, I listen intently to honour each client's expertise, current reality and desired results.

“The essence of executive coaching is helping leaders work through their dilemmas so they can transform their learning directly into results for the organization."

Mary Beth O'Neill

STEP 1. Initial consultation.  First, we connect by way of phone, Skype or in person, to determine if we're a good fit.

STEP 2. Meet-ups.  We meet at the times and frequency that work for you to dive into the coaching process of identifying the current reality, the results you're striving for, and the gaps that exist.

STEP 3. Action Plan.  We strategize and implement specific action plans to bridge the gaps, we also set benchmarks to measure your progress and desired results.

STEP 4. Development (or In Progress).  On-going coaching sessions may include: assessments, feedback processes, observation/shadowing, among other approaches such as:  Insights Discovery, MBTI Type I and Type II Personality Assessments, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report and EQ-360 Assessments, as agreed.

STEP 5. Achievement.  Once you achieve your goals, we re-evaluate the current reality to determine if new goals need to be set, or if the partnership has accomplished what you set out to do.
